Long ago, you have to die before you (or more like your family) can reap the benefits of life insurance.
What I love about the industry is that it keeps evolving. It adjusts to your financial needs. One of them is your health needs and expenses. And recently, it has taken a full 360 degree turn.
Insurances can now help you extend your life, or if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to keep it.
In this video, I discuss how insurance policies can help you cover for your health expenses. You might hear your financial advisers call this critical illness.
This video is short because it’s pretty straightforward.
Before you watch, it’s worth noting that this kind of policies are the hardest one to get approved. Do not.. And I mean DO NOT take this lightly. You have to be extremely healthy to qualify for this policy. The healthier you are, the easier for you to be approved.
Disclaimer: Insurances vary from one company to another. Features, premiums and riders may, and will vary as well. What was presented to you are insurances’ general guidelines and concepts to help you with life’s crucial financial milestones.
The type of insurances mentioned does not constitute as a financial advise, and should be treated as information for education purposes only. Retire Before 65, its authors and partners will not be held liable for your misfortunes.
Reaching out for a financial adviser will be best, but I would always say that you always do your own due diligence.
Remember that health insurances vary in every company. But the concept is basically the same. It’s your job, as a customer, to know which one fits for you.
The disadvantage of a short video is that not a lot of topics will be covered. If there’s anything I missed to cover and you have questions, just jut them down in the comments section below. And if you know someone who needs this information, please do share this with them.
Note: This is the 4th video of the series I made called “Life Insurance Code: How To Spot The Right Insurance For You”. It’s a non sales-ey, purely educational training designed for insurance customers. Click here to watch the whole series (plus the bonus video).
